Meter as shown. The float is quite long and resting on bottom it reads 5. There were glass or Lean sides at one time on this meter that are not present as you see.

Hope it finds a fan. It can never read. Tube marked r8m f and to 13 in 10 graduations.

Ends are capped. Not sure if that is fluid or gas what.
