Solid piece of equipment the last numbers on tube are hard to read, I think it ends in 84 but maybe 64. No idea where this was used, came in a box of long stored and dusty similar gear. Fittings may need to be replaced match your tubes but also because one is bent a bit. Flow meter as shown.
